The Tegernsee Valley is equally loved and appreciated for its cultural and natural heritage. The alpine character gives the region a noticeably authentic charm. The Tegernsee and its surroundings are also Refugio with high standards for all those who strive for something more in addition to all the tranquility. A region that lives the apparent dichotomy draws strength from this Yin and Yang relationship. Pure clarity and unalloyed life energy are the ideal conditions for a healthy working environment at Lake Tegernsee.

The modern, inviting open-plan office with meeting space is in one of the 1st commercial buildings on the long-established, historically shaped Tegernsee Rosenstraße along with a milliner and goldsmith.

Despite the large-scale renovation work and extensive space planning, the old premises were not to be modernized at all costs. Rather, the aim was to maintain the character of the region with traditional building materials and elements.

Solid hand-cut old wood from Lower Bavaria creates this visual bridge: rustic-looking, but modernly prepared and staged.

Feel-good moments are caused by the generous vintage style Persian carpets. Each carpet is unique from Spain or Greece, hand-knitted and between 30 and 50 years old. The individual pieces are elaborately processed by hand to achieve the desired contemporary vintage effect. The stonewash result shows the combination of old and new, traditional and modern - the predominant principle of the Tegernsee region.
